Angelica Panganiban (born Angelica Panganiban) is a Filipino American model, television host, and comedian. The new queen of Drama in various media publications, Panganiban has been hailed as one of the most seasoned and versatile actresses in the Philippines. It was not until her kidneys recovered that she could be saved after she developed an infection with septicae and eventually had multiple organ failure. Peritoneal dialysis, and then hemolysis changed her life to a new normal. After eighteen days in hospital, after a time when she was close to death, and began the long road back to healthy. Life was forever altered. After one year and a half of dialysis Angelica was ready to undergo the biggest surgery in her life: a kidney transplant. The mother of Angelica was the donor. Angelica Hale and her mother went through an organ transplantation procedure on the premises of Emory University Hospital in Atlanta and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston on September 13th 2013. Angelica Hale pursued her dream of becoming a celebrity ever since.
